Damp day in Threlkeld

Even on a foggy damp day, the Lake District is a beatiful place to be. This moss has probobally taken hundreds of years to establish on this ancient dry stone wall, those which line the miles of country lanes throughout Cumbria. Make sure you get out of your car whilst you are here, there is so much to see when the world is not flying by at 40mph.
